This is such a friendly place to come into for healthy shakes, tea, etc! Everyone is so friendly. I had been gone for 7 months (snowbirds). And was greeted by first name like I hadn't been gone. It is such a relaxing atmosphere to stop to and even other customers visit like they know you!
Owner is a sweet lady, and their shakes are terrific. Incredible flavors- I had the mint chocolate chip. Doesn't taste healthy, but really is! This is a hidden gem for anyone, come give it a try!

I stop and hang out in this great spot all the time. The vibe is good, the smoothies are excellent, and the owners, family, and staff are the best! I have to watch my blood sugar and wear a GCM. My blood sugar hardly moves, and everything is too tasty to pass it up. Stop in and check it out for yourself!
I've tried Nutrition Spot in Prescott and been meaning to try this location. Today was the day. Their shakes are like a meal, highly nutritious and filling. We drank this in replace of our normal lunch today. I had the coconut French toast and my friend had the espresso coffee ice cream. Both were delicious. They also had the dry mixes to take home. Highly recommend.
I was looking for a smoothie shop in Scottsdale and I found the perfect local spot. The owner of the smoothie shop is amazing and she provides a wide variety of smoothie options that taste great and are filled with good amount of protein. Many of the smoothies here taste like your favorite desserts except without the guilt of unnecessary fillers or artificial sweeteners. They are definitely very healthy and nutritious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delicious smoothie in Scottsdale!
Amazon shakes and amazing service. You would think you're drinking a milkshake. My coworker and I get one any time we are in the office. Absolutely LOVE!!!!!!
This is one of my very favorite new finds in the Valley. These protein shakes taste so good it is hard to believe they are high protein lower carb and good for you. I love them. You start with a tea (included with your shake) and then have your shake. I have also tried the donuts and taken some shakes home to blend. Susan and Ben, the owners, are so nice and have created a great local place with a positive vibe and healthy AND tasty offerings. Highly recommend!
What a great find! I'm so happy to have stumbled on my newest favorite tea/smoothie place! They give you one of their delicious teas when you order a smoothie (of which they have a TON of flavor options!!) And the smoothie does NOT taste like a protein smoothie...you know, the typical dry mouth, you look like a dog with peanut butter stuck on the roof of your mouth, protein smoothie. It's delicious! It's family owned and operated, AND!!, they offer free workouts 6 days a week. What a gem!
